Problem: I am currently full-time employed with Ultrapure Technoloy, Inc. and there was a need to update and redesign our current website. The site lacked color and needed better organization.
Solution: All the information was organized into smaller sub groups to help the user find the information that they are looking for. I also gave the site a more technical and streamlined look for better appeal. The interface was designed using Photoshop, CSS, HTML, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript to help it become more visually appealing and interactive. PHP includes were utilized to help the pages load faster and help maintain the site more easily.

Problem: The Vines Garden Railroad located in Loganville, GA contacted me about their need for a web presence. They have recently renovated their outdoor garden railroad and wanted a way to draw more people to their location.
Solution: I set up a meeting with two of the members to discuss design elements and website requirements as well as collect any data I could use in the development of the site. I then designed a mockup of how the site would look and checked it with the members to get feedback. Finally I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design the final interface. The site also required a photo gallery to display photos for future events and I implemented a Coppermine Gallery page for them.
Technology
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Coppermine Gallery (uses PHP and MySQL)

Problem: Produce a website for a Hair Design Studio in the Atlanta Area while working within a team atmosphere. Our client wanted a presence on the web where new clients as well as current clients could obtain information on hair care products, store hours, and styles while also being able to set up appointments on-line.
Solution: My classmates and I gathered content from the client and presented it in a stylish and sophisticated fashion. The client wanted the site to exude the same feel of the V'zions Hair Studio location. We used a form for the appointment section built with JavaScript that collects information and forwards it on to the the hair studio. Also, CSS, HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and were used for the overall design and layout of the website.
